Shipping policy

 

For orders placed prior to 3pm (UK time), Fibrenet will endeavour to ship the same day.  We will update the customer with either shipping details and tracking at that point or contact the customer with detail as to why the goods have not been shipped and when that is due.

Fibrenet uses UPS as it's courier of choice for both domestic and international shipments. 

UK
UK mainland orders will be shipped on a FREE next working day UPS service, based on a minimum order value of £20.  You may also choose, if required, a pre-12 noon, next working day, service at the Fibrenet UPS rate shown.  For Saturday or early morning over night deliveries, please contact us - we will help wherever possible.

For urgent requirements, we are also able to ship orders on a same day dedicated courier service.  From our warehouse in Gloucestershire, we can be in central London within around 2 hours.  Please call the office on 01666 715 715 or email@fibrenet.co.uk for further details.

International
Deliveries to countries outside of mainland UK are FREE for an order value of the local currency equivalent of £80 GBP or more.  If the order value is less than £80, then Fibrenet's UPS preferential rates will be displayed.
