Fibrenet Products Warranty
Fibrenet offers a limited lifetime warranty on all Fibrenet branded products. This covers the original purchaser, for as long as the product is still manufactured by Fibrenet, against material and manufacturing defects.
Fibrenet Returns Policy
Customers must notify Fibrenet if they receive the wrong goods or of any discrepancies in their order within 2 days of receipt of the items.
In the event that you believe have received the wrong goods, the goods have been damaged in transit or you have another problem, we would first ask you to discuss these issues by contacting the Fibrenet team on either email@fibrenet.co.uk or dialing +44 (0)1666 715 715, prior to returning any goods.
All being well, we will issue you with an RMA number which must be clearly displayed on the outside of any packaging when returning the goods. Do not return any goods until you have this RMA number.
Customers must return any goods that they wish to return in their original state together with all packaging, accessories, paperwork and other documentation that came with the goods. Customers should securely repackage the goods and ensure that the RMA number and Fibrenet’s full postal address is clearly visible on the outer packaging. Tracking for the package should be shared to email@fibrenet.co.uk.
Customers should note that the cost of, and responsibility for returning any goods, shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise discussed.
Cisco Refresh Warranty
Cisco Refresh products carry the exact same warranty terms as their new product counterparts and are covered for a minimum of 90 days. Some products have longer coverage periods. To learn more, visit Cisco's Product Warranty page.
Within the warranty terms of any Cisco Refresh product, support may be obtained direct from Cisco.
